What is your shipping policy?
Orders ship within 3-7 days of order date. Transit time estimated to be 2-7 business days from ship date. If items are needed sooner, please email info@creativecrucian.com to explore alternative shipping options. Creative Crucian is not liable for any delays once items have been shipped.
Pre-orders are shipped by the date listed on the item’s page.
Some products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some instances, products may also arrive in separate shipments.
2022 Holiday Shipping: Please allow additional transit time.
Returns
Creative Crucian does not accept returns at this time.
If items were damaged or lost in transit, please send photo evidence to info@creativecrucian.com within 3 days of receiving damaged items.
How do I order large quantities/wholesale?

BULK PRICING MERCHANDISE
Bulk order pricing will be offered on orders 10 units and larger. If 10 units are ordered a 10% discount will be applied. If 20+ units are ordered then a 20% discount will be applied.
BULK/WHOLESALE PRICING CHILDREN’S BOOKS
Wholesale pricing will be offered on orders 10 units and larger. If 10 units are ordered a 40% discount will be applied.
BULK/WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Shipping price is not included and will be calculated based on the weight and size of the bulk order. Please note that due to the quantity of items bulk orders may take 2-6 weeks to ship.
